How Booking Works

Minimum
Spend

Every event has a minimum spend, set by the day of the week and time of day you book — we'll give you the number when you inquire. Everything you spend on food and drinks counts toward it.

Step 01

Book 21+ days out

Reach out at least 3 weeks before your date. We'll confirm your minimum spend.

Step 02

Pick your food

Choose a style and your items. Every item is priced per guest.

Step 03

Plan the bar

Guests pay their own, drink tickets, or a hosted tab. See the bar page.

Step 04

50% deposit

Half of your food total is due no later than 14 days before the event.

Good to Know

Standing, not seated. Dana's doesn't host plated or seated dinners. Both styles are served at stations so guests can move and mingle.
Bigger party? Planning for more than 100 guests? Talk to us first and we'll work out what fits.
Per-guest pricing. Each item is priced per person and ordered for your full guest count.
One check. Food is billed on a single check, subject to a 22% event gratuity, a 5% event service fee, and applicable tax.

How pricing works: add up your items' per-guest prices, then multiply by your guest count.

The Bar Three ways to run it

Whatever you choose, bar sales count toward your minimum spend right alongside food.

Option 01

Guests Pay Their Own

Your guests order off our full menu and pay as they go. Simple, flexible, no upfront cost.

Example: $1,000 minimum, $600 in food — if your group will drink $400, you're covered.

Best for: casual hangs
Option 02

Drink Tickets

Every guest gets 2 drink tickets at the door. You pay a flat per-person rate upfront from the packages below. Once tickets are gone, guests pay their own.

Example: 40 guests × $22 = $880, billed upfront.

Best for: a set bar budget
Option 03

Hosted Tab

Open-bar vibe, no tickets, no limit. Guests order what they like and every drink goes on your tab, billed on what's poured.

Best for: letting the night run

Greet your guests with a drink in hand as they arrive. Pick a cocktail, a sparkling pour, or something built just for your event. Ask us for options and pricing.

Specialty Wine & Beer

Our packages are built on our current beer and wine list. Want something we don't carry? We can special-order it. Let us know when you book, and specialty bottles are pre-purchased through us, billed per bottle.
